What are we looking for in a candidate?
As Consulting Intern you will be working with our experienced project teams on exciting and demanding projects, and will be involved in all aspects of project delivery: research, data analysis, interviewing, slide writing and interaction with clients. The role will give you excellent insight into working for a strategy consultancy. We offer short- and long-term internships, and several consultants in our team have started their career at SPACE GLOBAL STRATEGY with an internship.
To join us at our graduate entry level, you will have a degree from a top-tier university (at least 2.1), with a proven interest in business, strategy and innovation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, and additional language skills are a plus. You will be working on exciting and demanding client projects from day 1, working closely with your project team and senior management.
We are looking for motivated, bright, experienced (2-4 years) Consultants who are keen on joining a dynamic strategy consulting firm focused on the media, events and broader B2B industry. As a Senior Consultant you will actively support the growth of the company and deliver strategic projects for corporate and investor clients, both in the UK and internationally.
As a Project Leader you will have established a career within a strategy or innovation consultancy and have gained client-facing experience managing projects. You will have deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative analysis, leading and developing other people within a project team. You will be keen to take increased responsibility for client relationship management.
As a Principal you will bring significant experience as a strategy consultant (operating at Manager level or above), a track record of successfully managing high-value strategy projects and demonstrable contribution to industry thought leadership. You will have the proven ability to build and develop client relationships and will have previously sold projects or workstreams.
